CITY OF ARDEN HILLS

RESOLUTION NO. 94-56
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING ELECTION RESULTS CANVASSING MEETING
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute 205.185, subd. 3, assigns the responsibility of the City Council
to review an elections summary of voting and to verify results; and
WHEREAS, this canvassing procedure must be completed by the City Council on a timely basis
so that the results can be communicated to Ramsey County; and
WHEREAS, Ramsey County, in turn must complete their canvassing of election results within
three (3) days of the General Election.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
Minnesota: that the General Election Results Canvassing Meeting as required by Minnesota
Statute 205.185, subd. 3, be held on Wednesday, November 9, 1994 at 5:00PM at the Arden Hills
City Hall, 1450 West Highway 96, Arden Hills, Minnesota, 55112.
