CITY OF ARDEN HILLS

RESOLUTION NO. 94-58
RESOLUTION REQUESTING TEMPORARY APPOINTMENT OF DEPUTY CLERK
WHEREAS, the resignation ofthe City Administrator has created a temporary vacancy in the
City Clerk function; and
WHEREAS, the City Treasurer has been asked by the City Council to assume the
responsibilities of Acting Clerk! Administrator on a temporary basis; and
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes require City cash disbursements to be signed by three (3)
different corporate officers: Mayor, City Clerk and Treasurer; and
WHEREAS, the City may have a need to disburse funds as early as November 1, 1994; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
Minnesota: that Brian Fritsinger be appointed as Deputy Clerk for the purposes of being an
authorized signer on the City's checking accounts until such time as the Clerk! Administrator
position vacancy is filled on a permanent basis.
