RESOLUTION NO. 94-61
RESOLUTION DECLARING A VACANCY IN THE COUNCIL SEAT HELD BY
COUNCILMEMBER DENNIS PROBST
WHEREAS, Councilmember Dennis Probst has tendered his resignation as a Counci1member
for the City of Arden Hills; and
WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council would like to formalize its prior action in accepting
the resignation of Counci1member Dennis Probst and in declaring a vacancy in the
Council Seat formally held by Councilmember Dennis Probst.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
Minnesota: that the Arden Hills City Council hereby accepts the resignation of Counci1member
Dennis Probst and declares a vacancy in the office of Counci1member for the Council Seat held by
Dennis Probst.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
THIS 14TH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1994.
