RESOLUTION NO. 94-62
RESOLUTION APPOINTING DENNIS PROBST AS MAYOR OF
THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council previously accepted the resignation offonner Mayor
Thomas Sather and declared a vacancy in the Office of Mayor; and
WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council would like to formalize its prior action in appointing
Dennis Probst to fill the vacancy in the Office of Mayor of the City of Arden Hills.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
Minnesota: that the Arden Hills City Council hereby appoints Dennis Probst to fill the vacancy in
the Office of Mayor for the City of Arden Hills until such office is filled in January, 1995, as a
result of the elections of 1994.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
