RESOLUTION NO. 94-63
RESOLUTION APPOINTING SUSAN L. KEIM AS A COUNCILMEMBER FOR
THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously declared a vacancy in the Council Seat formerly
held by Dennis Probst.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
Minnesota: that the Arden Hills City Council hereby appoints Susan L. Keirn to fill the vacancy
in the Office of Counci1rnernber for the City of Arden Hills until such office is filled in January,
1995, as a result of the elections of 1994.
