RESOLUTION NO. 99-05
RESOLUTION IDENTIFYING THE 1999 PAY PLAN
WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills is required to comply with the Local Government Pay
Equity Act; and
WHEREAS, Minnesota Rules Chapter 3920 specify the procedure and criteria for measuring
compliance; and
WHEREAS, the City's pay plan received notice of compliance in 1997 from the Minnesota
Department of Employee Relations; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has revised the pay ranges included in this plan for 1999; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has found an increase in the City's contribution toward monthly
health and dental premiums to be appropriate.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
Minnesota that the City adopts the 1999 Pay Plan as attached.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City increases the City's contribution toward monthly
health and dental premiums by $10.00 for 1999 ($330.00 per month).
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
