HomeMy WebLinkAbout99-026 . . . . , STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF ARDEN HILLS RESOLUTION 99-26 A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING "NO PARKING" RESTRICTIONS ALONG A PORTION OF CLEVELAND AVENUE WHEREAS, Ramsey County (the "County") has planned the improvement of Cleveland Avcnue (C.S.A.H. #46) from First Street SE to Thom Drive; and WHEREAS, the County will be expending County State Aid Highway Funds (S.P. 62-646-12) on the improvement of said street; and WHEREAS, this improvement does not conform to tbe approved minimum standards as previously adopted for such County State Aid streets and that approval of the proposed construction as a County State Aid street project must, therefore, be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions; and WHEREAS, the extent of these restrictions that would be necessary prerequisite to the approval of this construction as a County State Aid project in tbe City has been determined. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arden Hills requests the County to restrict the parking of motor vehicles on the east side of Cleveland Avenue from the south side of the Soo Line railroad bridge to Thom Drive. CITY OF ARDEN HILLS COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA CERTIFICATION RESOLUTION NO. 99-26 The undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting City Administrator of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, hereby certifies the following: The foregoing is a true and correct copy of a resolution on file and of official, publicly available record in the office of the City. Said resolution was duly adopted by the City Council at a special meeting of the Council held on August 30 ,1999. Said meeting was duly called, regularly held, open to the public, and held at the place at which meetings of the Council are regularly held. Councilmember Malone moved the adoption of the resolution, which motion was seconded by Councilmember Aplikowski ; whereupon majority vote, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
