CITY OF ARDEN HILLS COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 99-27 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CONTRACT IN THE MATTER OF THE 1999 SURFACE WATER MANAGEMENT UTILITY DITCH CLEANING PROJECT (McCLUNG DRIVE/COLLEEN AVENUE DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS) WHEREAS, the City has determined the McClung Drive/Colleen Avenue is necessary and cost effective; and WHEREAS, the City Council had authorized the City Engineer to prepare plans, specifications and advertise for bids for this improvement; and WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for said project, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law; and the attached bids were received complying with the advertisement; and WHEREAS, it appears that Nadeau Utility, Inc. of Rogers, Minnesota is the lowest responsible bidder. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, that: 1. The Mayor and Interim City Administrator are authorized to enter into a contract with Nadeau Utility, Inc. of Rogers, Minnesota for the 1999 Surface Water Management Utility Ditch Cleaning Project (McClung Drive/Colleen Avenue Drainage Improvements). 2. The Interim City Administrator is hereby authorized to return forthwitb to all bidders the deposit made with their bids upon execution of the above-specified project. CITY OF ARDEN HILLS COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 99-27a A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CONTRACT IN THE MATTER OF THE 1999 ARDEN MANOR PARK IMPROVEMENTS WHEREAS, the City has determined the Arden Manor Park grading and drainage improvements are necessary and cost effective; and WHEREAS, the City Council had authorized the City Engineer to prepare plans, specifications and advertise for bids for those improvements; and WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for said project, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law; and the attached bids were received complying with the advertisement; and WHEREAS, it appears that Nadeau Utility, Inc. of Rogers, Minnesota is the lowest responsible bidder. . NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, that: 3.
