CITY OF ARDEN HILLS COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 99-35 A RESOLUTION ORDERING A PRELIMINARY FEASIBILITY REPORT IN THE MATTER OF THE 2000 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT WHEREAS, the City has determined that it should consider improving certain property by reconstructing, rehabilitating or maintaining streets; and WHEREAS, the City Council must first secure a preliminary feasibility report in order to consider making the improvement; and WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following sections of roadway: . Hamline Avenue between Ingerson Road and Cannon Avenue; . Ingerson Road between Hamline Avenue and Lexington Avenue; . Ingerson Court between Ingerson Road and the Dead End to the southeast; . Fernwood Avenue between Ingerson Road and Carlton Drive; . Fernwood Court between Ingerson Road and the cui-dc-sac to the south; . Carlton Drive between Tiller Lane and Tiller Lane; . Cannon Avenue between Dunlap Street between Hamline Avenue; and WHEREAS, it is the intent to assess the benefited properties for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to MN statutes, Chapter 429. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota that the proposed improvement be referred to BRW, Consulting Engineers, for study, and that they are instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way, as to whether the proposed improvement is necessary, eost- effective, and feasible, and as to whether the improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
