RESOLUTION NO. 99-38
A RESOLUTION
DECLARING THAT A VACANCY EXISTS AS COUNCILMEMBER
WHEREAS, Paul L. Malone has submitted his resignation as an Arden Hills Councilmember
effective on November 30, 1999; and
WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council received the notice of resignation on October 12,
1999; and
WHEREAS, the Council desires to fill the vacancy of Councilmember for the unexpired term.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
Milmesota:
That a vacancy exists on the Arden Hills City Council for the office of Councilmember
for the unexpired term which is until December 31, 2000,
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
THIS 25th DAY OF OCTOBER, 1999.
