RESOLUTION NO. 98-13
RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A CITY TRAIL CULVERT.
WHEREAS, the bridge that exists over the wetland crossing is inadequate; and
WHEREAS, the engineering firm of MSAlHRG recommended replacing the wooden bridge
with a culvert and the City's new engineer, BRW, concurs; and
WHEREAS, this is an item budgeted in the 1998 Park Maintenance budget; and
WHEREAS, Plans and specifications need to be drafted in order to obtain price quotes for the
project.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
Minnesota, that BR W, Consulting Engineers, are hereby ordered to prepare plans and
specifications for a trail wetland crossing culvert.
