RESOLUTION NO. 98-21
A RESOLUTION REVOKING MUNICIPAL STATE AID
STATUS FOR COUNTY ROAD F
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Arden Hills that the street hereinafter
described should have its Municipal State Aid Street designation revoked under the provisions of
Minnesota Law; and
WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council has approved the turn back of County Road F (MSAS
101) to Ramsey County by City Council Resolution; and
WHEREAS, the Ramsey County Commission has approved the turn back of County Road F
(MSAS 10l) by Ramsey County Resolution.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
Minnesota:
The section of County Road F (MSAS 101), approximately 0.44 miles in length, between
I-1amline Avenue and Lexington Avenue be, and hereby is, revoked as a Municipal State
Aid Street of said City, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of
the State of Minnesota.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk/Administrator is hereby authorized and
directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation
for his consideration.
