Home My WebLink About98-025 . - - ~ STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY CITY OF ARDEN HILLS RESOLUTION 98-25 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A WATER LINE EASEMENT AT 3210 AND 3220 HAMLINE AVENUE. WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills Water Maintenance Department must have access to all City water lines; and WHEREAS, that property at 3210 and 3220 Hamline Avenue has a one (1) inch City water service line, and valves constructed on that property; and WHEREAS, the property owners at 3210 and 3220 Hamline Avenue in the City of Arden Hills have offered easements to the City on a portion of their property. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, MN that: 1. The City Council of the City of Arden Hills accepts the water line easement drafted by City Attorney, Jerome P. Filla 2. The Mayor and City Administrator will execute the necessary documents required to convey this easement. 3. The City Attorney will then have those documents recorded with the Ramsey County Attorney.
