RESOLUTION NO. 98-32
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PRICE QUOTE AND AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF CONTRACT IN THE MATTER OF THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A CITY TRAIL-CULVERT
WHEREAS, the project amount is under $25,000, so price quotes were obtained from six
contractors; and
WHEREAS, the lowest qualifying quote was received from Lametti and Sons, Inc., for $12,675,
which includes some trail reconstruction for anticipated damage.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council ofthe City of Arden Hills,
Minnesota, that the construction of the City trail culver! is awarded to Lametti and Sons, Inc.
