CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
RESOLUTION NO. 98-41
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
CONTRACT IN THE MATTER OF THE 1998 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT.
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement of various City of Arden
Hills streets, bids where received, opened, and tabulated according to law and the attached bids
we ; received complying with the advertisement; and
WHEREAS, it appears that T.A. Schifsky & Sons of North St. Paul, Minnesota is the lowest
responsible bidder.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
Minnesota:
1. The Mayor and City Administrator are authorized and directed to enter into the
attached contract with T.A. Schifsky & Sons Inc., as is approved by the City
Attorney for the completion of the 1998 Street Improvement Project according to
the approved plans and specifications designated by City Resolution.
2.
The City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all
bidders the deposits made with their bids upon execution of the contract above
specified.
