RESOLUTION NO. 98-42
A RESOLUTION
DECLARING THAT A VACANCY EXISTS AS COUNCILMEMBER
WHEREAS, Dale Hicks has submitted his resignation as an Arden Hills Councilmember
effective on June 30, 1998; and
WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council received the notice of resignation on May 26, 1998;
and
WHEREAS, the Council desires to fill the vacancy of Councilmember for the unexpired term.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
Minnesota:
That a vacancy exists on the Arden Hills City Council for the office of Councilmember
for the unexpired term which is until December 31, 1998.
