RESOLUTION NO. 98-57
A RESOLUTION REVOKING THE SPECIAL USE PERMIT
FOR 1200 & 1210 WEST COUNTY ROAD E
WHEREAS, Dorsey & Whitney (Northpark Commercial Properties Limited Partnership), 220
South Sixth Street, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55402 requested the termination of a Special Use
Permit, Planning Case Number 89-07; and
WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills issued Special Use Permit Planning Case Number 89-07 to
Farmers Insurance Group on April 27, 1992; and
WHEREAS, the requested Planning Case Number 98-18 to revoke Special Use Permit was
reviewed by the Arden Hills Planning Commission at a public hearing on the 1 ,t day of July,
1998, and approved by the Arden Hills City Council on the 27th day of July, 1998; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council ofthe City of Arden Hills,
Minnesota hereby agrees to the revocation of Special Use Permit in Planning Case 98-18 for the
property as described on Exhibit A.
