RESOLUTION NO. 98-63
RESOLUTION RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT
IN THE MATTER OF THE 1999 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT,
WEST ROUND LAKE ROAD
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted August 31, 1998, a Preliminary
Feasibility Report has been prepared by BRW, Consulting Engineers, with reference to the 1999
Arden Hills Street Improvement of West Round Lake Road from 500 feet south of Highway 96
to Gateway Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, this Report and a later Addendum was received by the Council on November 9,
1998; and
WHEREAS, the Report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is
necessary, cost effective, and feasible.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
Minnesota:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in accordance with the
Report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of
the improvement, pursuant to Mimlesota Statutes, Chapter 429 at an estimated
cost of the improvement of$I,543,835.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 14th day of
December, 1998, in the Council Chambers of the Arden Hills City Hall at 7:00
p.m., and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and
improvement as required by law.

THIS 9th DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1998.
