RESOLUTION NO. 98-66
RESOLUTION CERTIFYING 1998 MUNICIPAL ELECTION CANVASS
WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills held its General Election on November 3, 1998; and
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute 205.185, Subd. 3, requires that the City Council canvass the
results of the election within two (2) days of the election; and
WHEREAS, the City Council met on November 5, 1998 as a canvassing board to review the
results of the election.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
Minnesota, that the City Council declare the results of the election as identified on the attached
canvassing list, and authorize the City Administrator to notify Ramsey County of the results of
said canvass.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
THIS 5th DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1998.

The undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting City Administrator of the City of Arden
Hills, Minnesota, hereby certifies the fo llowing:
The foregoing is a true and correct copy of a resolution on filc and of official, publicly
available record in the office of the City. Said resolution was duly adopted by the City
Council at a special meeting of the Council held on Novemher 5 , 1998. Said meeting
was duly called, regularly held, open to the public, and held at the place at which
meetings of the Council are regularly held. Councilmember Malone moved the
adoption of the resolution, which motion was seconded by Councilmember Aplikowski
whcreupon majority vote, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
