RESOLUTION NO. 98-68
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
A FIRE PROTECTION SERVICE CONTRACT
WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council has reviewed the terms of the proposed Fire
Protection Service Contract with the Lake Johanna Volunteer Fire Department; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed contract adequately addresses the concerns
of the City of Arden Hills;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
Minnesota, that the City Council hereby approves the proposed Fire Protection Service Contract
with the Lake Johanna Volunteer Fire Department and authorizes the Mayor and City
Administrator to execute such contract on behalf ofthe City of Arden Hills.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy ofthis resolution shall be attached to such contract.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
