CITY OF ARDEN HILLS COUNTY OF RAMSEY ST ATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 98-71 A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE FEE SCHEDULE FOR 1999 WHEREAS, Section 13-24 of the Arden Hills City Code provides that permit/license fees be established from time to time by Resolution adopted by the City Council; and WHEREAS, the Council has expressed a desire to review the fee schedule on a regular basis; and WHEREAS, staff has completed a formal review of all fecs charged by the City, and would recommend that the majority ofthese fces remain the same for 1999; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills that the attached fee schedule be adopted: (See Attachment A) BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that these fees sbal1 become effective January 1,1999.
