RESOLUTION NO. 98-73
RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT
OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO
IMPROVEMENT NO. 96RECON5YR
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Improvement 96RECON5YR, adopted as part of Resolution
No. 96-34 on May 28, 1996, was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on
June 28, 1996, for tbe purpose of including installments thereof to be collected along with real
estate taxes commencing in 1997; and
WHEREAS, since that date, a parcel of property contained within said assessment roll has been
conveyed by previous property owners; and
WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionment of the original
assessment against each original tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made
by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills in order that the proper assessment can be
extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an
assessment to be collected in the year 1999 and thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
Minnesota that it does hereby make the following apportionment of original assessments as
contained in said assessment roll of May 28, 1996, against the following described property.
