RESOLUTION NO. 98-76
RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 1999 BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City Administrator has prepared an annual budget and the City Council has met
several times for the purpose of discussing the 1999 budget; and
WHEREAS, Chapter 275, Section 065 of Minnesota Statutes requires that the City hold a public
hearing to adopt a budget; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a Truth in Taxation public hearing on December 7, 1998 to
discuss the 1999 budget and has concluded the budget as prepared is appropriate as adjusted for
the inclusion of a contracted part-time Building Inspector.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by tbe City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
Minnesota, that the attached 1999 budget be adopted and approved:
