RESOLUTION NO. 98-80
REVISING SURFACE WATER MANAGEMENT (SWM) UTILITY RATES
EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1999
WHEREAS, the City Council established a policy to review surface water management (SWM)
rates on an annual basis; and
WHEREAS, City staff'has reviewed the utility cost structure and has recommended that the
Arden Hills City Council increase SWM utility rates; and
WHEREAS, this review has determined that the rate increase is necessary to enable the utility to
remain self-supporting.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills that,
effective January I, 1999, water utility rates be revised as follows:
