Engineer, City of Mpls.; Larry Tieberg, Twin Cities Arsepal; Mr. Shaw,
�ederal Cartridge Corp.; Ho�aoe Nowland, Mayor of Shoreview; Mr. Ring,
Attorney for Shoreview; Donald Carley, Engineer for Sho�eview.
