Bannister preaented plans and cost es ima e for change.o sewer lines at the 1Vest shore of Lake Johanna � in vicinitg of Tohanna Blvd. and Saodeen Road in Sewer Impr. �2, a change order to be pr�pared within day or so on pro,ect p letter, dated Oct. 15, 1960 re: Arden Hilla Sanitary Sewer Impr. #3, Project No. 2, from Hurleg Conat. Co. avas resd and filed with Clerk�s records. &Iayor Ashbach to contact Village Attorney re: additional legal help to speed up obtaining easements for aewer improvements. Motion was made by Jones, aeconded by Kepnedy authorizing I�yor and Clerk to execute necessary deposit checka or tionds to Minn. Highway Dept. when required for aewer work crosaing highways in Sewer Impr. #3 and #4. �Iotion passed. Preliminary plans were submitted by Wm. Bannister for furniahing sewer to McGuirea Liquors, Inc. • Council advised bir. Letter of Sept. 29, 1960 from Attorney Gourtney re; Complaint of Zonipg Ordinance Uiola$ion at Mackey property, 3155 Iake Johanna Blvd. was read by Clerk. Additional information was supplied by ^lrustee Crepeau and the matter was again referred to Attorney Courtney. Stromquist announced increased sev�rer rates from City of St. paul starting Jan. 1, 1960 - Council requeated A�torney Courtneg to amend rates and charges orginance to eliminate 1.00 penalty charge for late aewer bills received.
