Ray Sinna, contractor. The matter was ref'erred to the attorney to obtain
an estimate of t�e cost of sur�acin� t}ae roads at the present tir.:e from
Don Carle �, �+illage �ngineer� and his report to Jtar�enson.

(2) The Uillage Clerk, with the assistance o£ the Uillage Engineer

be specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot,

;�IEREAS, final plans and specifications therefor have been prepared by
Donald 0. Carley and submitted to the Council,
NOUJ THEi?FFORE, BE IT RESOLUED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ARDEN HILLS,
MI:NI�SOTA, as follows:
(1) The Council will consider said improvement in accordance with the
Engineer�s Report and the assessment of ahutting property for all or a por-
tion of the cost o£ said improve�nt pursuant to Minnesoia Statutes, Sections
1t29.011 to 1t29.111, at an estimated total cost of �13,236.60� being th¢
estimeted total cost of the entire imprwement.
(2) A public hearing shall be he7.d on such prapos�ed improvement on

law.

Advertisement shall be pvi�lished once at leasi ten (10) days before the
opening of Bids, shall specify the work to be done, sha11 state that the
hids wi11 be considered and opened by the Council at 8:00 o�clock F. M.
on April 25, 1960, in the Covncil Chambers in the Uiliage Ha11, and that
no bids wi11 be considered unless sealed and filed with the Glerk, accom-
panied by a certified check or Bidder's Bond for not less than ten percent
of the bid, which bids sha11 be received at the Uillage Ha11 until said
time of 8:00 o�ciock P. M, on April 25, 1960.
