The meeting was called to order at E;03 P.i�a. by Mayor Ashbach.

Treasurer, Read; Engineers, Banister and Short;
Bond Consultant, Popovich.

Bids were received for Sanitary Sewer lrr.prover,ient �3, Projects 1 and 2.
Eir�ht bide were received and opened by �repeau. P�^ayor Ashbach read the
bids aloud, as attached. Crepeau moved the bicis be referred to the
en�;i��eere for tabulation. Jones seconded. Carried.
1he Council unanimously autYiorized the si�ning of' Change Order �2 for
Project 1 of Sanitary Sewer Improvement �1 by the itiayor and tYie Clerk,
A discussion of tne method of assessment to be follo�ved in Sewer Improve-
ment �;1 iollowed. Jones moved that ttie engineers calculate tne assess-
mente, estaGlisned on yb10.00 per front f'oot, all additional costs to be
born b,y general taxation. Cormer 1ots, wl-iere sewer �;oes doU.�n Hoth streets,
to be assessed on ilze narrow side plus 15;� oi the other side, not to
exceed 25 feet, except where there is a possibility of more ouilding sites.
The e�gineers are to use tneir disgression on odd shaped lots. The
Gouncil unanimously agreed.
