Councilman Hollenhorst introduced the following resolution of the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hille, Minnesota was and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION APPROVING ENGINEERS PRELINiTI�.RY REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 12 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Arden Hills as follows: 1. By resolution adopted heretofore, the Council has directed Hanister Engineering Company to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement consisting of the construction of lateral sewers and appurtenances and lift station and force main to give immediate service to the northweat corner of the village, together with a main aewaqe pumping station and force main to serve as an outlet for the entire north area of the village in the area generally north of Intarstate Highway 694, east of Tnterstate Highway 35W, except the area previously included in Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 6. Banister Engineering was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted by Che engineers and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the ;7illage Administrative Clerk.
