and Agreement is to require certain coaditiqns:to, operate the render-
ing plant. Lynden said he` wouid prefer a Code ch;aoge,. which; he does
not feei would legaltzs the offensive trede, but �ionfir�iing thm opera-
tlon as en a,ffensiva trade. �

�armonize Arden Hiils' (nspections xith those of New B righton.
Woodburn querled if, an one failed inspection, company should be put
under duress; noted it does oot appear to provide for Company to re-
quest a secortd #est; noteii that equipment mlg�t fail, etc.; City or
Companr shou{d have the option to request that a test be made.
