After discusslon, Hanson moved, seconded by Wingert, thpt Council authortze repatr of the south portion of the Public Works building roof by AllNeather Roof Co. at E1,648.90 as per Johansen's memo. Motion carried unanfmously. Purchase of 500-Amp Welder Counctl was reterred to dohansen's memo of 8/23/79 and attached quotes. Johansen explained that the 500-amp welder was not budgsted; proposes to sell a sma�) weider, air compressor and acetaline welding torch if 500-amp welder is purchased. After discusslon, Crichton moved to rescind the former motlon relative to acceptance of Karth Lake West park dedication (8/13/79 Co��ncl! minutes), and moved to accept 57,500 as full satisfectton of the Karth lake West park dedication requirements, payable at the rate of 3750/lot when sofd to another party or when a Butiding Per�Tt is issued twhichever occurs first) for the first ten (10) lots. Counctl expressed apprectation of ?he quTdeltnes for streat itghting applications, prepared by t�e Publtc Safety Committee, and noted that "uhusual situatlons" will be referred to the Publtc Satety Committee for its recommendatlons.
