Motiort carried unanlmous6y, Crichton moved, seconded 6y Waodburn, that Counc�9 authorize th� transfar of $27,000 from fihe Sewer Utl6ity Fund to The Public Morks Reserve Fund and the transfer of 52500 from the Water UtiBity Fund to the:PubBic Morks Res�rve Fund, �g recommended by McNtesh.
