Hanson moved that CounctB ratify the investment as reported by Vtllage Treasurer Lamb. Student Intern - Parks Department Hanson moved, seconded by Crich9�on, that Council approve Connie Goudy's volunteer Parks Department interrtship over the next four weeks. Motion Carried unanimously. REPORT OF V4LLAGE CLERK ADM8NiS7RATOR CHA,RIOTTE MCNIESH Pu6lic Works Superintendent's Recommendation - Fred Reed Councll was refarred to memo from Pubiic Works Superintendent Johansen (3/8/78) recomme�ding Fred Reed as a regular full time Publlc Works Department empioyee. .� After discussdon, Woodburn moved, ssconded by Cr[chton, that CounCii approve the employement of Fred Reed as a regular futl tfine Pubitc Works Departme�t employee at 56.25/hour, effective April 3, 1978. Frozen Water Meirt Crichfon reported a frozen water main on Fairview Avenue, betNeen Gramsie Roed and Venus Avenue; noted that there are no homes presently affected; consequentiy, repafr wil� be delayed until affer the f�ost fs out of the grou�d, to reduce repair costs.
