Village and should be approved and accepted by this Council,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the said Chapter 284 of the Laws of
1963 is hereby in a11 things accepted and approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk is directed and authorized to
forward a certified copy of this Resolution to the Secretary of State to
complete the acceptance as provided by law.

Extract of minutes of ineeting of Village Council, Village of Arden
Hi11s, Raznsey County, Minnesota on August 26, 1963.
Pursuant to due ca11 and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the

Council of the Village of Arden Hi11s was held at the Village Hall on the
26th day of August, 1963, at 8 o'clock P.M. A quorum of the Council heing
present,the followi.ng resolution was duly adopted, to-wit:
RESOLUTION APPROVING EXECUTION OF PERMIT WITH S00 LINE
RAILROAD COMPANY DATED July 15, 1963.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of Arden Hi11s, Minnesota, that
the Pipe Line Permit, License number 16389, with the Soo Line
Railroad Company, dated July 15, 1963, with paragraph 11
thereof deleted, is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and C1erk are hereby
authorized to execute said License on behalf of the Village
and the proper officers of the Village are authorized to
pay the permit fee of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) to the Soo Line
Railroad Company.
