of the Villaqe Council of the Villaqe o£ Arden Si11s, Minnesota,
wae held at the Villaqe Hal1 in said viliage on Tuesday , the

After a discussion of the views presented by pereona appearing
at the public hear3ng on May 27, 1963 for Sanitary Sewer Improve-
ment No. 6, �lerk Strom2�uist then introduced the
£ollowing reaolution and moved its adoption;

88 IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village oE Arden Hills,
Miruaesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota
Statutea, 1961, Secs. 429.011 to 429.111, the Counail held a
pnblic hearing pursuant to publiahed notice, on the proposed con-
�truction of Sanitary Sewer Improv�nent �a. 6 consisting of
laying a sar�itary sew�er system canpased oE trnnka, laterals aad
necessary appurtenances within the area described in the notice
o# hearinq, at a coet presently esti.mated to b� approximately
$120,300, all substantially in eccordance with a preliminary
enqineeririg report which is now on file and open Y.o public irt�pec-
tion in the office of the Villaqe Clerk; and hav3ng cox►sidered
tY� views o£ all iaterested persone and being fully advised in the
pr�aiaes the Couneil do�s hereby determine an8 ord�r tY�t said
improvement ahall be constructed and financ�d, and epecial
asseasments shall be levied therefor, pursuant to said Mtnnesota
Statutes, 1961, Secs. 429.011 to 429.111, and thnt the arsa proposed
to be asseased there£or shall include all lots anc'�iarcels of lanS
within the area described in the notiae of hearingi and that
Sanfeter 8agineering Company are hereby directed to prepare and
suY�mit to the council linal plans and apecifications for the
construction oE aefd improv�pent.

1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby suthoriaed and directed
to enter into a contract with
Lametti & Sons, Inc.
for g 53�16.00 in th� name of the Villaqe of Arden
Hilis for Sanitary S�aer Improvement No. 6, Project No. 1, aceording
to the plans and epecifications thereof heretofore approved by ths
Village Council and on file in the oEfice oP the Village Clerk.
2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
return Eorthwith to all biddere the deposits made with their bids
except the deposits of the successful bidder and the next loweat
bilder shall be retained uatil contracta have been signed.
The motion was seconded by Truatee Olmen
