BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Arden Hills, Minnesota, as £ollowe:
wHEREAS the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer nnprovement

No. 3 as last finally amended and adopted on October 12, 1961,
was filed and certified to the Coexnty Auditor of Ramsey Couaty
on November 17, 1961 for the purpose of including installments
thereof to be collected along with real estate taxe� commeaciag
in 1962, and
TAHEREAS parcels of property as contained in the original
assessment roll as eertified, have since been divided and
conveyed by property owners, and
WHSRLAS the County Auditor of 2annsey County requires that
apportionment of original assessm�nt against each oriqinal
tract where it has later been divided, �old or conveyed be
made by the Village Council of the Vil}.aqe of Arden 8ills in
order that the proper assesement can be extended by the County

Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, after
the same has been conveyed and divided, to commence with
the assessment to be collected in the year 1963 and there-
after.
