Minn esota that approval and acceptanee to the five year budget plan
covering the calendar yeara �963 throu�h ig67 which were presented by
the Lake Johanna Volunteer Fire Department, Ina., ae attached, and that
the Village of Arden Eiills approves the aillage ahare of sald budget
based on an asseased valuation plan.

BE IT RESOLVED by the village Council of the Village of Arden
Hills, Minnesota, as follows:
WHEREAS the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement
No. 1 ae last finally amended and adopted on September 9, 1860, was
filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on
October 26, 1960 for thepurpose of including installments thereof
to be collected along with real estate taxes ccxinmencing in 1961, and
wHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments,
and apportionment of previous assessments in respect to Sanitary
