Roger Short of Bannister Ehgineering distributed a complete tabulation of sewer bids on Improvement #1, Projects 1 and 2 to Council. Council, Engineer Snort and Attorney Courtney discussed at length a proposed mutual sewer agreement ordinance between Arden Hi11s and �oseville. Attorney Courtney to rrork with Roseville attorney on tne natter. Clerk's Renort: Clerk presented 3 license applications for garbage �nd rubbish hauling in Arden iiills. Motion made by Kennedy, seconded by Crepeau that applications of Twin City Disposal Service Co., Inc. and Bo�rer Garbage Service be given Council approval suUject to �ealth officer's approval, hYotion passed. � Council requested that Robert L�7, idixon be requested to turn in nore complete achedule of fees before license is anproved. A letter from Kalman and Company, Inc. re: sev�er financing 4��s referred to the Finance C ommi.ttee .
