SE IT RESOLVSD by the Council ci the Village of Arden Hills,
Minnesotaa
1. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 425, and u�on
public notice and hearing as th�rein required, the village has
ordered tha construction of Sanitary Sewer Improvements Nosa 9
and 10; Consolidat4c� Sanitary Sew�r Inr_�revements 12 and 13;
Consolidat�d �^7ater Im�rovements 68-2 a.�d 6E-3; Gray Fo,c Road
Im�rovement; and R�d Fox Road Im�rovement, and has advzrtised
for bids and has entera3 into contrac�s fox such construction,
and th� total cost thereof, including the cost of work under
said contracts and additional wurk to be �erformed, and all
other expenses i�ece�sary to be incurred in connection with the
im�rovements is estimated at _�resent to be $1,735,000. There
are no funds of the village on hand and available for the
payment of such costs.
2. To finance tha costs of saici improvements,as d2termined
to date, the village shall issue tem��orary improvement bonds,
• for the ��ayment of which the full £aith and credit of the

3. The Council_ shall meet ar fhe time and place designated
