Call to Order and Roll Gail
Mayor Bjorndahi calfed the meettng fio order at 12:02 p.m.
Present: Mayor Bjorndahl, Councilmen Crepeau and Henderson
Absent: Couhciimen Hollenhorst and Oimen
Also present: Attorney Vincent P. Courtney, E�glneer Norman Hendrtckson,
Malntenance 5upervisor Everett E. Beechsr, Clerk Ad�nfnistrator
Lorraine Stromquist and Oeputy Clerk Florance M. Honan
Mayor noted that a quorum was present.
Purvose of Meetinq
t�fayor F3Jorndah� explained the purpose of fihe speclal meeting was to
d(scuss the matter pertaining to the HUD Grant Agreament for Water
lmprovement 68-2 and 68-3.
F�UO Grant Aqreement
Dtscuss(on was held regarding fihe Agreement and afso the commencement
of the construction project.
Councilman Crepeau moved to accept the concurrence of HUD regarding
the contract awards tor Water Improvement 68-2 and 68-3; seconded by
Councilman Henderson; motion carried unanfmously.
Watermain Easement No. 683-14 Haroid Christensen
As recommended by Attorney Courtney, Councilman Henderson moved the
approval of payment of 8275.00 to Harold Christensen for Matermain
Easemant No. 683-14; seconded by Councllman Crepeau; motion earried
unanlmously.
4rater Improvement 68-I, Assessment Correction
Councilman Crepeau moved, saConded by Caunciiman Henderson, to reduce
the totai assessment of Water Improvement 68-I in the amount of t130.0�,
the cost of one service charge� a�d credit this amount to the Joh'n
t3lackmore property. l680 Lake Johanna eoulevard; motion carried unan-
imously.
Speclai Council Meetina SChedu_i_ed_= Eiection Results
The Counci! scheduled a Special Nleeting for Wednesday,
at 5:30 p.m. at the Village Hall to certify the results
Village Election to be held November 4, 19b9.
