Skellv Dil Company Request Mr. Robert Nys, Attorney for Ske{ty Oil Company, reviewed his letter dated AugusY 22, 1969 asking tfiat the Yiltage of Rrd�n HTils petitfon the County Board to permit Skelly �il Company to instati approxiately 90 feet of 60inch culvert along Lexington Avenue abutting Skelly property. Atter Council discussion it was determined that a hardship case was invoived timewise. Engineer lund is preparing a feasiDillty report relating to a larger project wTthin the area. Administrator Lorraine Stromquist was directed to request the County F3oard to grant permission to Skelly Oil Company to Instali their cufvert in advance of the larger overat► contempfated project. Case 69-26 - Dalzen Variance Mrs. Donaid Granfi, 83 Grant Road. presented a petition signed by a number of residents on �rant Road opposing the varia�ce permit for an undersized house at Lot i, Dlock 1, Grant Park. After Council discussion relating par-ticulariy to e�sem�nts on the property; rnotion was made by Councilman Oim�n, seconded by Council- man Crepeau recindfng Counci� action taken at the August 25, 1969 meeting. pending clarification of easements; motion carried unanimousty. COURTNEY Attoroey Courtney reporied fihat a meettng was held at the Viltage Haif on Tuesday, September 2, 1969 with Mr. Grioling of the lacal HUD office and was ai-tended by himself, Administrator Lorraine Stromquist, Engineer Norman Hendrickson and Accountant Charlotte McNiesh. Mr. Grleling answered a number of questions concerning the HUD grant. interim financing of at least $400,OQQ or a6out 90$ of the Yillage share for the wafier project wiil be required before we receive any `� part of the HUD grant.
