Call to Order
Pursuant to due cail and notice thereof, Mayor Crepeau cailed the
meeting to order at 3:05 p.m.

Present: Meyor Henry J. Crepeau, Jr., Councilmen Ward Hanson,
Robert Woodburn.
Absent: Councilmen Charl(e Crichton, James Wingert.
Aiso Present: Attorney James Lynden, Eng(neer ponald Chrtstoftersen.
Roland Dant, Dernis LaFrance and John Rebane f�om
Land 0' lakes, Clerk Administrator Chariotte McNiesh.
reported on a recent meeting with Land 0' Lakes
attorney and Lynden, Christoffersen, Popovich and
dtscuss coordinatTon of land 0' Lakes const�uction
and the storm dralnage project. Mr. Dant stated that it 1s es-
sentiaB that Land 0' Lakes beg(n co�structton soon, preseot' plans
are for them to construct dsep water pond, stopping at east and
of pond. About 51.000 square yards of this excavation materFal
wiBl be used on the Land 0' Lekes site.

Christoffersen revtevred the Storm Drainage Feasibflity Repor4 as
it aftects Land 0' Lakes site, noting that easemenfis would be
needed for three drainage pipes, basin A-3, B-2 etc. EstiTeted
land costs are needed ta complete the Feasibllity Report. After
dtscussion. it was the conse�sus that 5220,000 xas a reasonable
estimate for land costs (based on 4} acres at 540,000 per ncre
Tor basin A-3, and 540,000 for other easements).
It was pofnted out that Land 0' Lekas would Iba�e to secure a
permit from the Rice Craek Watershed District. Chrtstoffersen ras
directed to send a copy of the Storm Drafnage Feasibiltty Report
to RCWD immedlately. Woodburn offered to attend RCWD meeting
when the Land 0' lakes permtt is discussed.
The meeting adJourned at 5:00 p.m.
