REPORT OF Y9LL7�GE ENG9NEER DONALD GHRmSTOfFERSEN Report on F1oodlnq - Lake Johanna Area Christoff�rsen reported that the Lake Johanna elevation was ratsed to 881 in the t•ecent storm; normal elevat(on fs at 877.5; Meyor Crepeau dec6ared an emergency because the water was encroaehing on various homes; an arch pipe equal to a 30" round pipe was installed as ar additionai outiet which has been effecfive 1� 3owert�g the lake about i foo4 Nifihou4 over-taxing the area down- stream; an ad'dittonal 30' of culvert should be insta{led, wi#h a controi deviceo for the instai6atton �o function as a�other out- let. An open trench was also dug over the Schifsky property to an existing cuivert.
