Johansen referred Council to hfs memo ot 6-22-78.
After discussion re suggested provisions to atlevista the probtam
in the area, the matter was ref�rred to the City Engineer For Kis

he Council was referred to Johansen's memo (6-22-781 re the Public
Works Comm(ttae°s recommendatiohs for a 50' x 60' additton to the
Pubiic Norks building, to house ali Cdty-oNned vehicles; also
referred to Johansen's sketch of suggested proposed additlo� fwest
of existing buildingl separated trom the existing bufiding by a
t5' covored "drlve thru" riSh a fenced storage yard adjacent to
the souYh sida.

Specifications for Tao Yehtcles
Johansen referred Council to proposed Specifications for a 1-ton
truck ar:d a 3/4 ton 4 x 4 atth plo�a; noted that the I-ton will
repiace the present 1974 1-4on Ford; 3/4 ton is not a replacement,
is a budge#ed itam.
Johansen suggested that Itsm $26 (f0.000 pound fruck cfie�ge over)
should probably be btd separately or as an alternate.
CrFchton moved, seconded by Nanson, that Council authorize Johansen
to obtain quotatfon5 (informal bids for the tao vehicles as per
Spectftcations submitted. Motion carrted unanimously.

McNiesh was �requested to see Sf the 2 or 3 affecteG property owners

Crichton explainad that tha trail is propnsed to be 8' wids south

Woodburn reported that the Public Safety Committea recommends

Woodburn movad that CSO Perry be granted a raise in pay rate
