Lake Johanna f3oulevard/�ake Lane Easement
Christotfersen reported that At+orney Lynden has obtained t�e necessary easement to
grade the slope on Laka Johanoa Boulevard and Lake Laoe; assumes Ramsey County
wll! now proceed with tho slope yreding.

Addition, which consists of li Io�hs; noted that Lot 7 of Block I(fiormerly lot 20
before renumbering of First Addiiion) is ot concern because grading Is likely to
require aiteration of a portion o� the lot. t�iiler reported that the Planning
Commission recommends Council approvaf of the Prelirtiinary Plat, First Additton,
incl�ding Lot 20, piacircg the burden of proof on the developer thafi tuture road
construction wfil not adversely affect Lot 20 as a buildable Sot af final Piat
approva l.
Miller nqted that "Brfarknoll" viil! meet the road proposed in "McCiung's Additlod'
(Ardpn Vista Drive). P�icClung's First Addition does �ot inciude this street; the
balar�ce of the plat, as p mposed, should be considered as a sketch pian, at this
point for future development; cut and fiil will determino the exact location of
proposed Arden Vista Cou�t (extenseon of Briarknoll's Colfeen Drive); Colleen

dependent on future development.

Council requested h'iller to sug��est methods to delineate the private townhouse
vlllaga open areas and privata pathway, from the properties to the south (f3riarknoll)

�oest side ot the townhouse Villagts.
Cricht�n reported that he Is working on a po�entlai 4rail route nn the i0' wide
�townhouse area pathway easement; tarrain is very rugged; a workabie pathway may
not be ati�ainable, proposes to meet rvith townhouse homeowners associa#ions re a
possiblo land frade.

Duckley reported that some of the center ligh's at the h'ounds V[ew tennis courts

on sido poles whfch are more accessibi�. Council concurred thafi ali 10 center
