The Village Clerk presented an �ffidavit showing publication of notice of hearing on the proposed supplemental reasseaement and reapportionment of original assessments for Street Improvement No. 5 in the ATew Brighton Bulletin on ,7uly Z8, 1963, in aecordance with the resolution adopted July 8, 1963, which afEidavit was examined, found satisfactory, and ordered placed on file. The Mayor announced that the meetinq was open for the coessid- eration of objeations to proposed supplemental assessmente, reasseasments and apportiorrment of previous assessmenta in respect � to Street Improvement No. 5, said original hearing being held October 25 , 1962 and eaid asses�sment roll as amended being adopted October 29, 1962 and certified to the County Auditor on November 30, 1962.
