qf the Village Council of the Villags oE Arden Hills, Ramsay
• County, Nlinnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall.at
1450 West Highway 96, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday
the 29'� day of July, 1963, at 8�00 o'clock P.M.
