Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the Village Counc il Village of Arden Hills County of Ramsey State of Minneso ta Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Re~ular meeting . of the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall at 1450 West Highway 96, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday the ?Rtl1 day of March , 1962, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. The following members were present: Ashbach, Crepeau, Kennedy, Olmen & Stromquist. and the following were absent: None Stromquist; introduced the following resolu- tion and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 3 BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, Minnesota, as follows: WHEREAS the a~sessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 3 as last finally amended and adopted on October 12, 1961, was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on November 17,196] for the purpose of reluding installments thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1962, and WHEREAS parcels of property as contained in the original assessment roll as certified, have since been divided and conveyed by property owners, and WHEREAS the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that 4It apportionment of original assessment against each original tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed be made by the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, after the same has been conveyed and divided, to commence with the assessment to be collected in the year 1962 and thereafter, ~, NOW THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills does hereby make the following apportionment of an original awsessment as contained in said assessment roll of October 12, 1961 against the following described properties: Or ig inal Assess:ment: Josephine Lake Park $473.00 N 45 ft of lots 10 & 11, block 1 N 45 ft of lot 10, block 1 0.00 N 45 ft of lot 11, block 1 473.00 The Village Clerk of the Village of Arden Hills is hereby No. 361 .
