ASSESSMENTS FOR SANIT~RY SEViER IMPROVEperr NO.4
BE IT RESOLVE:) by the VillageCoundl of the Village of
Arden Hills, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The amount proper and necessary to be specially assessed at
this time for sanitary Sewer Improvement No.2 against.very assess-
able lot, piece or parcel of land affected thereby ha. been duly
calculated upon the basis of benefits, without regard to cash
vauation, in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes,
Chapter 429. and notice has been duly published, as re'iuired by law,
that this Council would meet to hear, conside~ and pass upon all
objections, if an~ and said proposed assessment has at all times
since ih filing en open for public inspection. and an opportunj,ty
has been given to all interested persons to presenttheir objections,
if any, to such proposed assessments and said preposed as.enment has
been amended as to certain parcels of land, by resolution duly
adopted this date.
2. This Council, having heard and considered all objections so
presented, and being fUlly advised 1n the premises. finds that each
of the lots, pieces and parcelsofland enumerated 1n the proposed
assessment as so amended was and is specially beMfited by the
construction of said improvement in not leu than the alllOunt of the
. assessment set opposite the description of each such lot, piece and
larcel of land, respectively, and such amount so set out is hereby
evied against each of the respective lots, pieces and parcels . of
land therein described.
3. The proposed assessments as amended are hereby adopted
and confirmed .s the proper special assessments for each of s.idlots,
pieces and parcelsofland respectively, and the assessment against
each parcel, tog ther with interest at the rate of ~~ per annum
accruing on the full amount thereof from time to time unpaid,lhall
be a lien concurrent with general .taxes upon such parcel and all thereof,
The total amount of each such assessment shall be payable in equal
annual principal installments extending over a period of twenty
