THiS IS TO CERTIFY: That at a meetin� of the City
Counci"_ of Arden Hil1s dulv called and held January 2, 1987, the
toliowing resolution was adopted:
RESOLVED, tnat the Norwest Bank St. Paul, N.A. and the
ttoseville Bank shall be the official depositories ior all funas
or the City of Arden Hills for the caiendar vear 1487; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Citv Treasurer shall,
from time to cime, ascertain that aaequate securitv as requirea
nv the ia,as of the State of Minnesota, is furnisnea by such
deposicories to protec� the Citv's aepositea tunas against
financia! Loss, and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the said Banks are hereby
authorized and directed to honor and pay any checks so drawn as
above set forth, whether or,not such checks be payable to the
order ot one nf the foregoing persons either in his individual
or official capacity or deposited to his individuai credit, and
whether or not such signatures are followed by the title or
office of the person signing.
